Planetscale Postgres Support

I'd love to use Planetscale Postgres through SST but it appears that the latest supported version from the examples is 0.4.1, which doesn't have any Postgres support. Setting the provider version to 1.0.0 doesn't work. I tried to hack it in by downloading and generating the Pulumi provider myself but it didn't end up working.
